Incredible customer service

I bought this for my niece who is turning one in September. The website said it was out of stock, so I emailed them to find out when it would be available. I received a personal email saying they would build one specifically for me, and, within 24 hours, they sent me a specialized link for the cube they had made. They also sent it directly to my niece in CA so I didn't have to send it myself. I only wish I had asked them for 2 since my nephew is turning one in December, and I'm certain he'd love it as well.
