Delivery Times:

Estimated shipping times are listed on the products description page, for example Usually ships in 2 - 3 business days.

This includes out of stock items that we were not made aware of by the manufacturer, bad weather, lost shipments by UPS, FedEx, or the USPS.

We ask that you please enter your billing address & phone number exactly as stated on your credit card statement so that your order may be processed efficiently.

In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we accept returns in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of you receiving the product.

You must e-mail us at to receive authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Backorders - It is our policy to charge your credit card at the time of purchase. We do this to reserve your order with the manufacturer. If we hold your order without charging until the item cones back in stock, orders already sent to the manufacturer have priority and your order will be in the back of the line. If you prefer, we're happy to issue a refund until the item comes back in stock.

Damaged Items:

For items damaged during shipping, contact us immediately for further instructions. To process the exchange or a return on damaged items you MUST keep the original box and all packaging.

You will need to email us pictures of the damages to help you with the replacement or refund. SensoryEdge will assume the return shipping charges for defective products.

As with all returns please e-mail us at help to receive authorization or simply refuse the shipment if the damage is evident at time of delivery and let us know so we can track the return.

At times, if only part of the item is damaged replacement parts will be sent to solve the problem. This will make it much easier for you since you will not have to repack the damaged product or wait for a pick-up.

Great Rugs and Excellent Service

I initially bought the 4x5 rug for my daughter's preschool classroom. It was in perfect condition and was a beautiful rug. Unfortunately, we needed a bigger rug, which was our oversight, perhaps I should say "undersight". I called SensoryEdge and was delighted to immediately speak with Ed in customer service. He was both friendly and helpful. He sent me a shipping label for the first rug and recommended purchasing a factory second that was available in 6x9 size. I was nervous about how it would look, but decided that for the savings, I should give it a try. When the factory second rug arrived, I unrolled it so that it could flatten over the weekend and release some of the packaging smell. My daughter (4 years old) immediately began to sing the ABCs and follow along with the pattern. As she sang, I searched for what made it a factory second. She finished the song and I was still looking. I can honestly say, I am not exactly sure why it is a factory second. There was a loose thread on the edge of one side of the rug, which I taped to the underside, and I am guessing that is why it is a second. It appears to be well made and should last a long time. At school, the 3 and 4 year olds have fun using the rug for letter, number, and color activities. The teachers told me that it also helps the children to stay in place. We are extremely happy with the rug and that we bought it from SensoryEdge.
