Most of our products are shipped via UPS or Fed Ex ground. The majority of the items we sell are shipped factory direct, therefore we cannot control which shipping company is used to ship your order. SensoryEdge wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your item for any reason we accept returns within 30 days of your receiving the package. Returns must be in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition. Items are to be returned at customer’s expense and original shipping charges are not refundable.
Some items offer free shipping on the original delivery. For these items, the actual cost of shipping the item to you may be deducted from your refund. If you exchange the item for something of equal or greater value we may choose to waive the original shipping charges.
