We recently received our Quadrilla Marble Run Twist Set from SensoryEdge.com and what a pleasant surprise it has been. We expected it to be a good for the price but it has far exceeded our expectations. Built entirely of quality wood, there is not a single piece of plastic in any of the structural elements of the product. The product arrived in a heavy duty re-useable cardboard carry case that even has images of each piece printed on the inside so you can easily put it all back in the box. The product literature is easy to understand with step by step pictorial directions to build your first few layouts. After watching Dad build the marble run two times our 6 year old son is successfully following the directions and building his own. Our 4-1/2 year old daughter just loves to put the marbles in the top and watch them make their way down to the bottom. There has not been a single day in the last two weeks that our children have not played with this toy. This could not be said of the other plastic marble run we own.

Overall this is an well designed and built product whose German engineering really shines through. In this age of cheap plastic everything, this product really stands out.

Delivery Time:

Delivery time for each product is listed to the right of the item picture. If you order multiple items they might arrive separately. Many products are shipped factory direct and thus might be coming from different locations.

Shipping Method:

Most of our products are shipped either UPS or Fed Ex ground. To give you the best possible price we have many of our items shipped factory direct so we cannot control which company is used to ship your items. Some larger items need to ship by truck. We will contact you with a shipping quote before having your items shipped. Also, items shipped via freight carriers do not include lift-gate service or inside delivery.

Returns:

SensoryEdge wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your item for any reason we accept returns within 30 days of your receiving the package. Returns must be in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition. Items are to be returned at customer’s expense and original shipping charges are not refundable. Some items offer free shipping on the original delivery. For these items, the actual cost of shipping the item to you will be deducted from your refund. If you exchange the item for something of equal or greater value we may choose to waive the original shipping charges.
