To give you the best possible price we have many of our items shipped factory direct so we cannot control which company is used to ship your items. Some larger items need to ship by truck. Returns:

SensoryEdge wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your item for any reason we accept returns within 30 days of your receiving the package. Returns must be in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition. Items are to be returned at customer's expense and original shipping charges are not refundable.
