Here is some important information about using this product:IMPORTANT – READ BEFORE MOUNTING!
This Heat Sensitive Panel is directly related to room temperature. Mount the Activity out of direct sunlight or on an inside wall where temperature variations won't affect its performance. Avoid mounting locations near heating or air conditioning ducts. The heat sensitive panel contains a temperature sensitive material behind a tough, abrasion-resistant film. When this surface is touched, it responds to the person's body heat by changing temperature.
The activity is designed to give optimal performance when it is in an environment between 72° to 77° F. If the surface seems to respond sluggishly, the ambient temperature may be too cold. If the surface is red, green or blue when not in use, ambient temperature is too warm. When little hands touch the Panel, the color changes. At temperatures above 86° F and below 77° the Activity surface will turn black.
Cleaning The Heat Sensitive Panel:Use a soft cloth and mild soap and water to clean. Do not use glass cleaner. To remove crayon or other difficult stains, the manufacturer recommends De-Solv-It multi-purpose cleaner.
