Vinyl Care and Cleaning – Wash surfaces with a soft cloth and a mild liquid soap and water solution. Make sure to rinse off all soap with fresh clean water. For difficult stains, use a common household cleaner or alcohol (Isopropyl Alcohol) and make sure to rinse thoroughly. For disinfecting, use up to 1/4 cup household bleach (Sodium Hypochlorite) diluted in one gallon of water. Rinse thoroughly with a wet cloth to remove bleach concentration.
Shipping is based on the total weight of your order. The more items you order at one time the more you'll save on shipping. To calculate your shipping cost, enter your item(s) into the shopping cart and scroll down to the shipping calculator. Simply enter the shipping state and zip code then press apply to get the shipping quote. If your order exceeds our shopping carts weight threshold, shipping will not show at checkout. A SensoryEdge representative will contact you with the shipping amount and get your approval prior to processing the order.
Delivery time for each product is listed to the right of the item picture. If you order multiple items they might arrive at different times depending on the manufacturers warehouse locations.
Most of our products are shipped via UPS or Fed Ex ground. The majority of the items we sell are shipped factory direct, therefore we cannot control which shipping company is used to ship your order. Items shipped via freight carriers do not include lift-gate service or inside delivery. If you have special handling instructions, please let us know.
Returns:
SensoryEdge wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your item for any reason we accept returns within 30 days of your receiving the package. Returns must be in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition. Items are to be returned at customer’s expense and original shipping charges are not refundable.
Some items offer free shipping on the original delivery. For these items, the actual cost of shipping the item to you may be deducted from your refund. If you exchange the item for something of equal or greater value we may choose to waive the original shipping charges. To facilitate a return you must e-mail us at help@sensoryedge.com to receive a return authorization number (RMA) and to get the correct shipping address for the return. Personalized items cannot be returned.
