Thank you for considering the purchase of a Fireside Comforts product. Each item is custom made and typically takes about 3 weeks for delivery. Unfortunately at times, delivery can take about 4 weeks due a shortage of fabric. Fireside makes a nice product however popular fabrics tends to be in short supply.

We ask that if you buy one of these items, it is with the knowledge that the delivery time may exceed the standard three weeks. When making your decision we hope that it's with the intent that you're making the purchase of an item that will last for years. If you're in a rush, then this is not the line to purchase. We have other slumber bags that are made in Asia that ship within 2 - 3 days

Manufactured from a 100% cotton print and 65/35 poly-cotton broadcloth solid then quilted to a 16 oz bonded polyfiber bunting. Machine wash in cold water. Tumble dry low and do not use bleach.

Delivery time for each product is listed to the right of the item picture. If you order multiple items they might arrive separately. Many products are shipped factory direct and thus might be coming from different locations.

Shipping Method:

Most of our products are shipped either UPS or Fed Ex ground. To give you the best possible price we have many of our items shipped factory direct so we cannot control which company is used to ship your items. Some larger items need to ship by truck. We will contact you with a shipping quote before having your items shipped. Also, items shipped via freight carriers do not include lift-gate service or inside delivery.

Returns:

SensoryEdge wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your item for any reason we accept returns within 30 days of your receiving the package. Returns must be in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition. Items are to be returned at customer's expense and original shipping charges are not refundable. Some items offer free shipping on the original delivery. For these items, the actual cost of shipping the item to you will be deducted from your refund. If you exchange the item for something of equal or greater value we may choose to waive the original shipping charges. To facilitate a return you must e-mail us at help@sensoryedge.com to receive a return authorization number (RMA) and to get the correct shipping address for the return. Personalized items cannot be returned.
