Returns:

SensoryEdge wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Returns must be in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition. To facilitate a return you must e-mail us at help@sensoryedge.com to receive a return authorization number (RMA). We will provide you with an RMA number and address to send your return. Personalized items cannot be returned.

Items are to be returned at the customer's expense. Although we offer free shipping on your original purchase, the actual cost of shipping the item to you will be deducted from your refund. If you exchange the item for something of equal or greater value we may choose to waive the original shipping charges. SensoryEdge does not charge a restocking fee.
