This item is handcrafted and hand painted. Each item has been painted with a very durable paint that is both lead and chromate free and safe for children. Please be careful to prevent the use of permanent markets, non water based paints, crayons or washable markets on the items surface as many of them contain permanent color dyes that can damage/stain the surface.

KidKraft Cleaning Instructions - Clean using a slightly damp cloth and mild dish washing liquid if necessary. You may also use furniture polish to clean and dust the surface of this item. Do not use any cleaning product containing alcohol or ammonia as they will dull the shiny surface of the product.

SensoryEdge wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Returns must be in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition. To facilitate a return you must e-mail us at help@sensoryedge.com to receive a return authorization number (RMA). We will provide you with an RMA number and address to send your return. Personalized items cannot be returned.

Items are to be returned at the customer's expense. Although we offer free shipping on your original purchase, the actual cost of shipping the item to you will be deducted from your refund. If you exchange the item for something of equal or greater value we may choose to waive the original shipping charges. SensoryEdge does not charge a restocking fee.
