Vinyl Care and Cleaning – Wash surfaces with a soft cloth and a mild liquid soap and water solution. Make sure to rinse off all soap with fresh clean water. For difficult stains, use a common household cleaner or alcohol (Isopropyl Alcohol) and make sure to rinse thoroughly. For disinfecting, use up to ¼ cup household bleach (Sodium Hypochlorite) diluted in one gallon of water. Rinse thoroughly with a wet cloth to remove bleach concentration.

To facilitate a return you must e-mail us at help@sensoryedge.com to receive a return authorization number (RMA). We will provide you with an RMA number and address to send your return. Personalized items cannot be returned.

Items are to be returned at the customer's expense. Although we offer free shipping on your original purchase, the actual cost of shipping the item to you will be deducted from your refund. If you exchange the item for something of equal or greater value we may choose to waive the original shipping charges. SensoryEdge does not charge a restocking fee.
